Yeah, I'm recording again. So what we're learning here, the new Wayward Podcast studio, we

have updated equipment and software and an updated technician named Kim Rhodes. Same old brain

is the problem. Oh my god. But that was significantly faster than last time. Yes, you did good.

I made the part. Are you proud of yourself a little bit? Yeah. This is what I always ask Valentina.

I always go quick. I'm quick to go. Are you proud of yourself before I say I'm proud of her

so that she learns to to self validate to find herself first. That's important. Are you happy?

Do you feel happy? Do you feel sad? Like I just ask her how she feels as opposed to me telling her

I feel this way is about her. And my feelings should create her experience. Yeah, that's that's

important. And did you make your bed this morning? I do. I don't like housekeeping to come into my

mirror. But I'm also like look at you. I didn't I don't sleep on that side. That's my husband's

side. Oh, he's from the other side. But you don't like pull your sheets up. I cocoon myself. That's

why Jose and I know that's why this side is nice because I have I don't sleep on this side.

But I pull up the sheets. The first thing I do when I get into bed is I pull around and I pull

all the sheets out from around the bed. And then when I sleep I like I could I roll on

so I could coon myself which is why Jose and I can no longer share a blanket. See I only I do that

on one side. Okay. Which is funny because Travis and I do not share blankets. Yeah. But even when

I'm away like when I said that's his side he's not here. He's not sleeping in his side. I just

still sleep on my side. I don't think I do that. I don't. Which is funny because I don't necessarily

I'm not a great shareer when we're in the same bed. I always sleep on the side in a hotel room
