0:11.2	or have a PhD in psychology to understand people. If we understand that verse, we understand
0:17.7	every person we meet. Even the ones staring back at us in the mirror, I was afraid because
0:24.7	I was naked, so I hid. To some degree, all of us have places where we feel we are not
0:31.7	all that we are meant to be, and as a result of that fear, we hide. We hide our need.

1:40.3	back friends. We've been taking a journey to bring the heart back to center stage. Back in January
1:48.3	felt like, hey, let's let's bring the heart back in and make it central again and check in on
1:53.5	everybody and take a journey together that we're looking after one another's hearts here in the
2:00.4	start of of 2021, which has gotten off a little bumpy for most people, right? I love that we're
2:07.6	still calling it the start of 2021 because it does feel like that. I mean, it is, you know,
2:12.8	we're already in the march, but yeah, yeah, it's the end of the third quarter, but I'm waiting for
2:18.3	the change. I'm waiting. Yeah, things to feel different. Yeah. As you guys think back on
2:27.1	2020, first part of 2021, has it been easy to keep track of the life of the heart for you?
