I stopped it halfway because it was upsetting Rob. I didn't enjoy this graphic. The bears. The bears for about 40 years of the NFL's existence largely because of like the first 30 years of the NFL's existence.

Really. Or one of the winningest franchises in history and they remain they remain that position for a long time even as it begins to pass in two years where you know for a fact as a bear's pen that the team was not good.

Does not matter because they're so dominant back in like the 40s. Yeah that just back to those W's and we got W's to spare decades to spare in fact. Yeah.

It's really only until the last few years that they begin to like over their lifetime resemble a like media the mediocre franchise they truly are.

But one of the one of the things that also reveals is that the bears the a team that the you and I are both sort of cursed to root for.

The bears are a team that has never really recovered from the introduction of the forward pass.

Now that's that's basically like not just the forward pass but the where the the NFL at a certain point and this is really egregious now.

Essentially all rule changes are made in favor of essentially making a better product not necessarily a better sport.

But a better entertainment product which is we want touchdowns we want more passes so we're going to punish the defense and make it easier by rule by by law it is easier to get more points and I believe the bears are the only franchise.

In NFL history that is not a quarterback that is thrown forward in 3000 yards in a season the only one the jets done it like the Jaguars.
