| 0:44.9 | went on a crime spree that resulted in the fatal shooting of gunnery Sergeant Robert McDonald, |
| 0:52.0 | who was sitting in a car with his dog when Rudy Garcia came up, shot inside that car and fatally wounded McDonald. |
| 1:00.5 | McDonald did try to drive away, but he crashed into a parked car. |
| 1:04.5 | All of this began about an hour before when somebody called deputies and reported that people were drinking and causing ruckus in their neighborhood. |
