You want to start with the sentencing for these cop killers?

Oh, man.

This is a tragic story from back in 2022, LAPD officer, just three years on the force, 27 years

old, Fernando Oroyo's shot dead by three

gang members in the Florence Firestone area in South L.A. He was with his girlfriend that day,

looking for a house they were going to buy. So think about that. Just three years into a job

that's offering stability, and they're looking for a house together and three guys who were deliberately looking

for somebody to rob came upon these two and held them at gunpoint took stuff from them

while it's gold chains and that sort of thing and then gunfire broke out and fernando a royos

was dead so these three gang members pleaded guilty last week. We're expecting a sentence announcement

this afternoon. A little bit later on, and I'll be there for this at about 3.30 at LAPD

headquarters, we expect to hear from interim chief Dominic Choi, Sheriff Luna, and a couple of
