That's President Joe Biden calling on the country to stand against hate-based extremism.

It's a major concern for the president who noted that intelligence agencies have determined

that white supremacist violence is the greatest domestic terror threat today.

And speaking of threats, former President Trump takes an ominous tone

when asked what would happen if he's indicted for mishandling classified documents.

Also ahead, a marathon negotiation session prevented a rail strike.

But it left some of those workers wondering what exactly they gained in the deal.

A federal judge has appointed a special master or third party to review the documents that the FBI

seized from former President Donald Trump's Marlago home and club at Palm Beach, Florida.

Judge Eileen Cannon named Raymond Deary as the special master. He's a senior U.S.

District Judge for the Eastern District of New York. Trump's attorneys had proposed Deary,

and Justice Department officials signaled their approval for him. When both sides submitted

two candidates each for the position, he was the only one that both sides backed, Judge

Cannon specifically laid out

the special master's duties, including a privilege review of the documents, meaning Deary must

determine if any of the documents are protected by attorney-client or executive privilege.
