This is a big week for Vice President Kamala Harris' campaign.

Fresh off of securing enough delegates for the Democratic presidential nomination,

the VP is now set to name her running mate before tomorrow's rally in Philadelphia.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump's campaign is still struggling to fine-tune their messaging about her

as Harris gains on him in polling in the battleground states.

Plus, Israel is bracing for the possibility

of a multi-day attack from Iran and its ally, Hezbollah,

following the killings of two senior militant leaders last week. We'll go through

And let's start here. Vice presidential candidates made their way here to Washington to

interview with Vice President Harris over the weekend.

Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona and Governor's Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania and Tim Walls of Minnesota all met with Harris yesterday. It's unclear as of this moment if Transportation

Secretary Pete Buttigieg and Governor's Andy Bashir of Kentucky and J.B. Pritzker of Illinois

met with Harris in person or

did so virtually. Harris and her, to be named Running Made, are expected to make their debut as

the Democratic ticket at a campaign event tomorrow in Philadelphia. The two will then kick off

a seven-state campaign sprint. The ticket

will make stops in Wisconsin, Michigan, North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada over the

course of the week. Meanwhile, former President Trump will head out west to Montana and Colorado

for a rally and fundraisers.

Additionally, Vice President Harris has won enough delegates to officially secure the Democratic presidential nomination.
