veering off several times into personal attacks on Vice President Kamala Harris.

Meanwhile, the vice President and her running mate

hit the road on a bus tour of the Keystone State over the weekend ahead of the opening

of the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, which is where President Biden will

deliver the keynote address tonight, making a symbolic handoff to his vice president.
