A hearing on whether to unseal the search warrant

affidavit for Marlago is set for 1 p.m. Eastern today. It comes 10 days after the search of Donald

Trump's Florida home. Two law enforcement officials tell NBC News that the FBI is still sifting

through the C's documents, separating those determined to be covered by

attorney-client privilege from those that are relevant to the case. Meanwhile, the Justice Department's

probe into the January 6th attack on the Capitol is picking up steam. The New York Times is reporting

that federal prosecutors issued a grand jury subpoena to the National Archives

for all the White House documents they gave to the January 6th Select Committee.
