Senator celebrated yesterday after finally coming to an agreement on a $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill.

The breakthrough came after weeks of disagreements over sticking points,

Within hours of announcing the deal, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer moved to hold a procedural vote
