U.S. Solicitor General, Special Counsel Jack Smith appears poised to indict the former president for a second time,

and it's only a matter of when.

The political world is once again on pins and needles this morning,

awaiting the likely third indictment of former president, Donald J. Trump. The grand jury convened by special counsel Jack Smith will meet here in Washington today to continue its work on the probe

into Trump's efforts to overturn the legitimate results of the

2020 election. While it is possible, the jury votes today on whether to indict the former president,

the panel also tends to meet on Thursdays, meaning that day could also be a possibility.

Tuesday, Thursday.

Those are scheduled meetings this week.
