are pushing back on Musk's criticism.

The question is, shouldn't they be more concerned about how their constituents feel about the bill?

I'm Allie Vitale on this Thursday, June 5th, and we'll start with the

news. With his congressional budget bill facing new and very vocal opposition, President Trump

is turning his attention to two of the topics he seems to feel more comfortable with,

hammering the issues of immigration and Joe Biden. President Trump has announced a new

travel ban overnight, resurrecting a controversial

policy from his first term in office. Citizens from 12 countries will be barred from entering the

United States. They include Afghanistan, Haiti, and the Republic of Congo, to name a few.

An additional seven countries will face partial travel restrictions. The ban is set to take

effect on Monday. People with existing visas

will be exempt from this ban, along with green card holders, athletes traveling for the World

Cup and the Olympics, as well as Afghans eligible for the Special Immigrant Visa program.
