This morning, it's still not clear why a teenager in Uvaldi, Texas attacked an elementary school,

killing 19 children and two teachers.

While investigators work to find a motive, we are learning more about Tuesday's attack

and what led up to it.

After crashing his grandmother's truck outside the school, the gunman ran to the building,

armed with an AR-15-style rifle and at least seven 30-round magazines.

The gunman then fired at a school resource officer who confronted him outside,

but officials say the officer did not fire any shots at the suspect.
