So we have an unjust situation here.

The Trump administration is lying about Abrago Garcia.

They had no legal authority to arrest him, no justification to detain him, and no grounds to send him to El Salvador, let alone deliver him into one of the most

dangerous prisons in the Western Hemisphere.

That was Democratic Senator Chris Van Hollen of Maryland in El Salvador yesterday after being

denied any access to Kilmar-Abrego-Carcia.

The question is, why wouldn't El Salvador's government

let Van Hollen have any contact with his own constituent? Meanwhile, the Trump administration

released new documents about Abrago Garcia that they claim justify his deportation. But the

question is, how long can the Trump administration defy court orders before there are consequences.

Plus, the vice chair of the DNC is planning to privately fund primary challenges against some incumbent Democrats.

The question is, can this strategy work, or will it only further a generational divide that's already brewing within the party?
