President Joe Biden for his handling of classified documents, deciding yesterday

that he will not bring charges against the president.

That special counsel, Robert Hur, wrote in his report released yesterday that the president's

actions present serious risks to national security.

But he also made clear distinctions between a potential case against

Biden and the pending case against former President Donald Trump.

Her wrote that, quote, unlike the evidence involving Mr. Biden, the allegations set forth
