That's President Joe Biden, responding to questions about his memory following a special

counsel report that delivered some blistering comments on his mental state. We'll go through

We have a lot to get to this morning, and we will begin with the special counsel investigating

President Joe Biden for his handling of classified documents, deciding yesterday

that he will not bring charges against the president.

That special counsel, Robert Hur, wrote in his report released yesterday that the president's

actions present serious risks to national security.

But he also made clear distinctions between a potential case against

Biden and the pending case against former President Donald Trump.

Her wrote that, quote, unlike the evidence involving Mr. Biden, the allegations set forth

in the indictment of Mr. Trump, if proven, would present serious aggravating facts.

Her added that the evidence does not establish Mr. Biden's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
