I'm Ali Vitale on this Tuesday, February 18th, and we'll start with the news. We begin with the diplomatic talks between the U.S. and Russian officials over in Saudi Arabia. Secretary of State Marco Rubio is meeting right now with a Russian delegation led by Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
