This is a time to roll up our sleeves.

This is a time to organize, to mobilize, and to stay engaged for the sake of freedom and justice and the future

that we all know we can build together.

That was part of Vice President Kamala Harris's concession speech yesterday in Washington, D.C.

We really appreciate you starting your day with us this morning in this historic week for America. And we'll begin today with Vice President Kamala Harris conceding the

presidential election in an emotional speech yesterday in Washington. She delivered the remarks at her

alma mater, Howard University. Despite her loss, the vice president tried to strike an optimistic

tone, encouraging her supporters to not give up the fight for democracy.

My heart is full today, full of gratitude for the trust you have placed in me,

full of love for our country, and full of resolve.
