It is a significant week in the presidential race as it intertwines with the legal charges against Donald Trump.

An extreme movement in America, the Maga Republicans, led by a defeated president, is trying to steal history now.

They try to steal an election. Now they're trying to steal history.

We have an economy that's so fragile.

And when there's a crash,

I hope it's going to be during this next 12 months. Trump is expected to attend as a three-judge

appeals court panel decides if he can be charged with election interference. And I feel that

as a president, you have to have immunity.

Very simple.

The question is, who's afraid of Nikki Haley?

The answer is Donald Trump.

That election, Trump lost it.

Biden won that election.

I think what happened on January 6th was a terrible day, and I think President Trump will have to answer for it.

And that brings us to today, Thursday, January 11th, where Donald Trump is expected in a courtroom yet again,

this time in a last-ditch effort to save his business empire from the fallout of fraud.

Meanwhile, his two top Republican rivals battled on stage last night in Iowa, where voters will have their first say of the 2024 campaign in just four short days.

And it comes as the frontrunner's fiercest critic, former governor, Chris Christie, bows out of the race

with a hot mic moment that you will simply need to hear. President Joe Biden, meanwhile,

is naming names as he takes the fight for the White House and democracy directly to Donald Trump.
