These charges are the ones that can stick because regardless of whether a Republican

wins the White House eventually, these charges are not subject to a federal presidential

pardon. So, you know, if you are Donald Trump right now, you have to be really concerned about what is going to happen

in Georgia.

A special grand jury in Georgia finishes its investigation into the former president's

attempts to overturn the election.

And as you just heard, the jury's final report could mean serious legal trouble for Donald Trump.

The Justice Department and National Archives are reportedly reviewing how a handful of classified documents that appear to be from the Obama administration ended up inside a personal office that belongs to President Joe Biden.

According to a White House lawyer, the small number of documents were discovered by the president's personal attorneys back in early November,

inside a locked closet at a DC think tank where Biden spent some time before launching his presidential campaign. Immediately, the White House says its counsel's office notified the

National Archives, which took possession of the materials the very next day. The subject's other documents is unknown,

but a source tells NBC News that Biden only learned

they were being stored in his old office

after his lawyers discovered them.
