I'm going to continue my series today called Towels and Titles.

We will talk about a way out of burnout.

A lot of times anxiety, depression, or discouragement comes from three sources.

It comes from Satan Satan the Bible says the

spirit tormented soul sometimes people experience demonic attacks and they experience

burnout disappointment and discouragement and they need deliverance sometimes it comes out out from sin. The scripture says when Samson

committed sin, the power left him. You feel depleted, you feel empty when you commit sin,

you feel guilty. Anybody experienced that? Okay, we all did. I saw something like,

not really. And there's a third way that this could be experienced is through service, where you can serve and experience discouragement. The scripture says that power left Jesus when he was touched by a woman. Sometimes you can experience fatigue and emptiness even because you serve a lot and people

get experiencing burnout and discourage when some of you are coming from different churches. Some of

you come from different ministries where you've encountered forces of darkness, you've encountered

people, you've encountered ministry and today maybe you are discouraged, you are burnt out of ministry.

And that could be the case. Now, the freedom or overcoming those things will come differently for

different people. Some people need to seek medical help. Some of us, we just need to get right with

God. Again, some of us, you know, we need to be delivered if we are bound by some demonic things.

So we need to repent.

If we find ourselves in some gripping sin.

And today, that's what I'm going to talk about today.
