Summary

The boys are back and - just about - recovered from the Glasgow world championships. Luke tackled the brutal road race and G took on the long time trial, won by our pre-worlds guest Remco Evenepoel (yes, the little b*stard). Luke's got a cracking story about the protest that stopped the men's road race for around 40 minutes, while G let slip that he considering retiring when he was caught by Remco. Turns out G was still putting in a good ride, Remco had just gone into alien mode. Now prep ramps up for the Vuelta, which the boys will both be off to next week - all being well.
