0:17.0	We need to ensure every human being has access to water.
0:24.0	Right now, over 2 billion people are water stressed.
0:28.0	It is expected by 2032.
0:32.0	There will be 3.5 billion people water stressed.
0:36.0	Where is all the fresh water going?
0:39.0	What is the maximum consumption?
0:41.0	If you look at this, you will know that over 60% of the world's water is used for agriculture.
0:48.0	But by enhancing organic content in the soil, let's say to 8-10%.
0:54.0	You can bring down water consumption for irrigation to 30% of what it is right now.
1:02.0	This is the way forward.
1:04.0	If we increase or enhance the organic content in the soil,
1:11.0	the moisture and the humidity stays in the soil and in turn reduces the irrigation requirement.
1:19.0	The irrigation requirements will come down to 30% of what we are using right now.
1:24.0	If you are using 100 liters, we can bring it down to 30 liters by enhancing this.
1:30.0	In a sustained way, if we make this effort within 8-12 years, we can achieve this.
1:37.0	If we do not do this, large segments of population will be water stressed.
