I love water.

I have a whole water routine that I do every day.

I get 3 32-ounce mason jars, just like this. And the first jar is apple cider vinegar,

sea salt, and water. And sometimes I'll add lemon, ginger, cayenne pepper. If I had those things,

if I'm filling in a little spicy, I'll add those to it.

The second jar is water with electrolytes in Taurin.

Or Taurine.

I don't know how you say it,

but I heard that it helps you live longer.

I want to live a long life.

So Toreen, look it up.

Look it up online. And then the third jar is electrolytes,

excuse me, and creatine. Cretin is for the mind and for my muscles, kind of helps me out.

And I drink the first jar with the apple cider vinegar.

I drink that in one sitting with this straw.
