should know this, or you should do it even care, but I was away last week, and it was carefully

timed. This was a point of the year when nothing was going on, and I wouldn't miss anything,

and instead, where's Hilliard? I missed it all. Didn't I? What did you do? What I was away?

I think a correlation here says that it's your fault. You leaving caused all of this to happen

while you were gone, so that's all I got. Right. I don't really know how to take that, but I've

learned one thing since I came back. I can't buy an Apple watch in America anymore. Apparently,

it was... Actually, it was a big shock. You hear about legal things coming. You hear about threatened

demands. You never think they're actually going to happen. But as of about now, if I tried to go to

Apple.com and buy a nice Apple watch Ultra 2, I'm out of luck. It's certainly a story that's

kind of snuck up on us. I mean, we knew it was coming, because this has been said,

what, when did that court case get concluded? Like the ITC actually put this in?

January, I believe. Yes. There was a thing in January. We were ruling in January, then a decision

later in the year, maybe October. Well, so, and then we went to... The judge made the decision

in January, and then the ITC ruled in, I think October timeframe, with the mandate that it was

going to shut down. But we all kind of forgot about it, because we kind of just assumed Apple would

find a way to wiggle out, and it seems that they have not. Yeah, wiggle out or pay things. I read

Apple's statement somewhere that basically said, like, we are right. We are so right. We're not

giving into this. And Apple will never say it's wrong. We're giving into this. But still,

they seemed extra strident this time. And I can't remember ever an Apple product being taken

off sale by Apple, because of legal reasons. It is unprecedented. It almost happened with the

...
