Hi, this is Peter Navarro with the latest article from my sub-stack.

This article is based on the four months I spent in a Miami federal prison.

To get to prison, I was first held in contempt by a Democrat controlled House of Representatives.

I was then prosecuted by a Democrat attorney general, tried before a Democrat judge, and convicted of contempt of Congress for refusing to testimony by a jury comprised of 12 more Democrats.

Nothing partisan to see here.

During my trial, I was also denied every possible defense

by the Democrat judge, including a defense based on executive privilege

and the constitutional separation of powers. My case is now headed to the U.S US Supreme Court where it will likely be over-chored on constitutional grounds.

During my four-month prison stay, I interviewed over a 100 prisoners and talked extensively with prison staff about

the failure of the BOP to enforce the First Step Act.

This article is the result of my investigative reporting and subsequent

policy analysis as a Harvard-trained economist with a masters in public

administration from the Kennedy School of Government.

That the FSA is not being properly implemented is beyond dispute.

That this problem can be quickly fixed should be obvious from this

article.
