of the new president of monumental basketball, essentially the overseer now of the Washington Wizards, Michael Winger, his new GM, Will Dawkins, and a visit with Michael and a visit with Washington Wizard's owner, Ted Leonesis, the CEO of monumental sports and entertainment.

Talk with Ted Leonsis about his run as an NBA owner and trying to get it right here with the Wizards,

the way he's done with the capitals and his belief that the hiring of Michael Winger

is going to set the Wizards on a course.

He talks about the decisions he's made through the years,

the differences between running an NBA and an NHL team.

who now has the daunting task here in Washington of getting this once really proud organization,

still very proud, tenacious fan base, hungry for some success and getting them on track. Great visit here in D.C. Ted Leonesis and

I'm doing well. I appreciate your being here in the flesh and, you know, big changes here

for the monumental basketball organizations and specifically the wizards. And I think there's a lot

of excitement in the room today about the change. I want to ask you about that, Ted. And when you

started down the road of making a change,

doing a search, and really thinking through what it is you wanted and what you wanted

this ought to look like, how much evaluation, looking back at your ownership period on the basketball side and say, how am I evaluating myself?
