Yeah. Actually, it's technically, it's Miramar Beach. Oh, Miramar Beach. I mean, most people know,

know Destin's right, like, 100. But, and everyone knows Destin.

Nobody knows Miramar Beach.

But, yes, I have been in Florida watching the news of all the snow and all the traffic

problems.

I feel so bad for those people who I can't fathom what I would have been doing to have

been stuck on I-95 for like 12, 13 hours.

You, that's just unbelievable.

You got out of town just in time.

I have to tell you that this storm yesterday, first of all, the podcast, for those of you

wondering, it got out really late yesterday because we lost power.

We didn't have powered home for, I think, nearly 12 hours.

We finally got it back last night.

And the power was out here in the studio, and so I couldn't record the podcast.

And, you know, it finally came back on.

They had a generator and it kicked in and eventually it came back on.

But it didn't come on right away because no one was here because no one had made it into work.
