0:19.2	about just sharing some basics of maturity. What does it take to become mature in the Christian life?
0:29.4	How many of you want to be a mature Christian. Is there anybody here that wants to just stay a baby?
0:36.1	You know I don't see any hands but I can guarantee you in me talking to people that the vast majority of the
0:45.8	body of Christ has not matured.
0:48.0	Now you could spend a lot of time defining what mature is and it's subjective but I tell you the most of the people I
0:56.4	talked to if they just knew basics of the of the Christian life it It would totally change their life. And so I'm going to just share.
1:07.4	We've got seven sessions. Tony's going to minister three of them. I'm going to minister
1:11.6	at four of them. And I'm going to minister it four of them and I'm going to just share four things
1:15.0	with you about what it takes to mature in the Lord. And let me just start with some of these
1:21.8	verses.
1:23.0	1st Peter chapter 2, verse 1, says,
1:26.0	Wherefore, laying aside all malice and all guile
1:29.0	and apocracies and enbies and all evil speaking
1:32.0	as newborn babes desire the sincere milk of the word
1:37.3	that you may grow thereby.
1:38.8	Now I'm probably going to come back to all of these scriptures.
