First and foremost, I want to thank all y'all for coming out.

I know it's a snowstorm and some ice outside, but first and foremost, I want to thank the Leonis

family and the Wizards organization for giving me an opportunity to live out my dream to make it to the NBA,

coming from Raleigh, North Carolina. All I think about was making to 18 years old. I never thought this was

possible. I love y'all. This is my city. This is still my house. And I love y'all. And thank y'all for

the night. John Wall last night, honored by the Wizards on John Wall Night. His jersey

still not retired. The Wizards on John Walnight. His jersey is still not retired?

The Wizards slash bullets have exactly five jerseys that have been retired in franchise

history.

Two of those players were when the bullets were in Baltimore, Earl Monroe and Gus Johnson.

Appropriately, justifiably retired jerseys, certainly is Baltimore Bullets.

Elvin Hayes, Wes Unselden, Phil Schneer are the other three that have retired jerseys.

Elvin Hayes is number 11, West Unseld's number 41, and Phil Schneer's number 45.

I think John Wall's jersey should be retired.

The cold continues from Jenny. Jenny writes, I need a weather update. Are we going to get

dumped on this weekend? No, we're not. That's why I haven't talked about weather the last

couple of days, because the storm that was looking earlier in the week like it might

be a big one for our area is going to stay well south and east. It's going to hit the outer

banks of North Carolina, maybe the tidewater area, Norfolk, that's how they say it down there,

and those areas might get hit hard.
