And oil companies are a big time doer of those things.

Yeah, I mean I can't even remember the company name so I won't drop them but like the other day I read about how

Company A bought Company B just so they could get rid of them as a tax write-off and this was like a gaming thing like a decade ago again. I don't remember the name of the companies but that stuff happened
