Matt big news not something I was expecting to wake up to today that at first it was just, hey, there's a rumor.

Let me ask you, first and foremost, the speed at which this came out, did that surprise you or what did you take away from it?

Yeah, this was lightning fast. I was up early this morning and then so being like an old guy,

I needed to take a mid-morning nap.

So just lay down to close my eyes for a bit. My phone goes off, says, hey, Tyreaks on the market, and I'm like, no, no, you're crazy.

That's not really happening, and then 90 minutes later he's gone for the

public speed at which this happened it didn't happen that way behind the scene this was bubbling

bubbling below the surface a little bit longer than we're probably going to realize.

It's like an iceberg.

I mean, there was a lot of activity going on below the water that just wasn't, you know, visible.
