Summary

It all begins innocently enough: two young friends, intrigued by ghostly lore and unsolved mysteries, explore an abandoned cottage in hopes of uncovering a few spooky secrets. Instead, they stumble upon dead crows pinned to the earth, footprints appearing from nowhere, and a chilling sense of something utterly malevolent. One of them sees visions of a fiery tragedy from decades past; the other flees in terror – only to be confronted by the fabled “Coast of Bower,” a phantom carriage led by dark horses and a headless driver. Suddenly, the idea of childish curiosity and summer exploration is crushed by the realization that Death can come calling on any lonely road. If this is merely a glimpse of the “Grim Reaper,” what might full exposure look like?

It will not change my mind of any skeptic or anyone else. It'll just solidify their ideas and dogmas. But, huh, I'm not here to change anyone's mind.
