Phil, good afternoon. Good to see you. Thank you for having me on the show.

You know, Mike, all of these, like, supposedly new smoking gun information, they're really not. It's information that both the

prosecution and the defense have had for over two and a half years. So to us that are just

finding out about some of this information, or at least what they're saying via a TV documentary, it's exciting

because the gag order has prevented us for knowing a lot of these things.

Your thoughts?

Yeah, Bill, it's new to us in the audience, the greater American audience, but it's not new

to the prosecution.

These were probably the first interviews that were done by the police, by law

enforcement, and that was the first part of the file, the investigative file.

This was all turned over, and especially these, when you talk about the first group of, you know,

people who were talked to by the police, All of this was turned over to Ann Taylor,

probably over a year ago, maybe a year and a half ago. This is nothing new to her. She knows all

these people. She has all their witness statements, copies of everything. If they're written statements,

oral statements made into a tape recorder, they've got video statements. They've got all that.

She knew about these people, but she will use it. I mean, because she's trying her best. She's doing what

she's supposed to do. She'll try to use it. Maybe as a stall tactic. But this is nothing new at all.

And what they have to say is nothing new to her nor law enforcement or other prosecution,

just us in the public because we didn't

know who actually was the first person until recently. We really, we'd really know who was
