for us on Wednesday morning. And the reels are reason why we're doing it Wednesday morning

instead of yesterday and posting it today. And that's because Mark J. Spears from Man's

cape is joining us from Washington DC. And Mark, first off, thank you for coming on early

in the morning. I saw you got your big cup of coffee there.

But you know what? I always come on early in the morning. It is.

It's for the day. You know what? You are right.

It's the, it's been the right. Right. This time it's early for me too.

You're in DC because you went to the White House with the warriors yesterday.

Out of all the things to do in the NBA that you have a chance to do with the NBA teams,

I've done them all. Yeah.

I've got to accept for going to the White House. The teams that I've covered who have gone,

it's never worked out schedule wise. So I don't know how many times you've gone.

It's an interesting experience. I just want you to tell us a little bit about the day.

Well, it's interesting. You say that too because my high school basketball coach Dennis Fernandez,

like he texts me this morning and he's a veteran. And he was like, wow.

Wow. You got to first, what you need yet on Monday. Let me preface it by saying I'm Monday.

I went to MLK, Dan DC. And I got to meet Martin Luther King Jr. son.

Talked to him a little bit. Take a picture with him.

But yeah. And then another buddy, my Jason Allen, he's like, it's interesting to reaction to

other people show me how big it was. He's like, it's like the biggest thing you ever did

and my mom even text me. She don't say nothing. It's like, wow, I'm so proud.
