I'm here with Karith Burke from NBC Sports and Conno from the San Francisco Chronicle. The first time

we've ever done sort of this three-way media

member type of deal. And Karat, this is the first time you've been on my podcast.

Connor's been on a few times. So just, I want to ask you, we haven't talked

really since the NBA halted its season

since the pandemic and everything got shut down. What have you been up to? Do you do you do any new

hobbies, any new interests that you sort of developed over the time? Oh man. Basically, I just feel

like I'm surviving. Do you know what I mean? Like all of this work from home stuff, it's like it's working from home dot, dot, dot, dot in a pandemic. So I'm trying to be gentle with

myself because I really thought I would end up reading more books or I really thought I would

take up gardening and basically I just do what I always do, scroll through my phone. So I don't know.

I'm trying to be, I'm trying to be gentle um i did

get a spin bike i ordered one from costco because i cannot buy a peloton those are super expensive

but i got the peloton app so i'm doing my best to at least keep up with my fitness and kind of

that's my stress relief so i'm I'm peddling my little heart out guys

I've been on the the the Nike health app which my colleague Kyle Goon from the southern

California news group turned me on to a little bit and that's been really good I think it's similar

to peloton where you're able to stream it like just stream different classes and workouts and just sort of follow along which has been pretty easy to do Connor I know that you're

you had been walking a dog that I don't think you have anymore yeah I yeah we fostered my roommate

and I fostered two pit bulls which was pretty cool but they were they both ended up in good homes.

So I don't have them around.
