Summary

The Golden State Warriors fell tonight to the Houston Rockets 109-94 at the Toyota Center to even the series up at 1-1. Jimmy Butler was injured on a dangerous, and frankly dirty, play by Amen Thompson who undercut Jimmy Butler as he went up for a rebound in the first quarter. He left the game and never returned, and will undergo an MRI tomorrow. Despite losing Jimmy Butler early on, Stephen Curry and company showed a lot of heart by cutting the lead to 11 midway through the fourth quarter, but ultimately they did not have enough firepower to make the comeback in this one.
