I invited Victor to come and speak last year, and the goal was that this year would be the first year.

We didn't actually have a theme.

Last year's theme was champion the year before that, every year we've had a theme and we were sitting getting

hearing testimonies and i was sitting next to pastor charles fuller and charles said to me he leaned

over says pastor do you hear a common theme i said i do and do. And he says, Pastor, I just feel like next year's

conference, the theme is Shepard. I think God is trying to communicate Shepard. I had no idea

that God was orchestrating things behind the scene. This man was meant to be here today, and it's an honor to

you are a modern day example of what a shepherd is. It'd be very easy for us to look at you and we can

get into your story and many of the missions and the assignments that you do in the most dangerous

regions, you take on the

most dangerous missions. And it'd be very easy to say you probably grew up. Your mother and father
