0:35.6	So the last time we talked, well, first of all,
0:38.3	for those of you guys don't know your story, maybe you can chat a little bit about that,
0:42.1	but kind of mobile home investing has been your bread and butter. And then since then,
0:47.1	you've branched off to other things. And I do want to talk about that. But let's talk about how
0:51.9	you started and where it's evolved to. Yeah, absolutely.
0:56.0	And again, thanks for having me on. And yeah, I've been investing full time now for a little over two
1:00.2	decades. And like a lot of, a lot of folks, I got started in single family back when I was
1:05.8	19, I bought my first single family property. And really just kind of followed in the footsteps of a mentor at that
1:13.2	time. The gentleman that had been a, he was a local real estate investor where I grew up in Pennsylvania.
1:17.1	And, you know, he had built quite a, you know, what I thought was a big lifestyle, you know,
1:22.0	based on how I my upbringing, but, you know, he had built quite a successful real estate investment
1:26.1	business there locally with a number of single family properties and small multi-family properties. And, and ultimately,
1:31.6	when he kind of, you know, offered to, you know, mentor me and allow me to be his shadow,
