1:08.0	Number one is you must preserve your capital. Preserve your capital at all costs. Protect your cash.
1:15.0	Now look, you're not just going to keep cash because that could be eroded by high inflation zero interest rates.
1:22.0	But you must preserve your capital and not waste it. And then you're going to take that capital.
1:28.0	And number two, you're going to invest that into assets that pay recurring income.
1:33.0	And those assets where possible must be controlled by you. So investing capital into real estate.
1:39.0	Investing capital into IP and digital online assets like your personal brand.
1:46.0	This is absolutely vital. The interest rates are at virtually zero.
1:51.0	They've been there forever. How long are they going to be there? What's the real rate of inflation?
1:56.0	It's crazy. The price of everything is going up significantly.
2:00.0	The supply chains have been decimated. The supply of virtually anything is, you know,
2:06.0	maybe toilet paper was like crazy money. You'd have to wipe your butt with 50 pound notes soon.
