Warner Brothers Discovery is restarting deal talks with Paramount after a sweetened offer from the entertainment company.

The Warner board set a seven-day window for Paramount to make its best and final offer.

Warner has a deal agreement with Netflix, which says its offer remains the superior one. Netflix says it's granted Warner a seven-day waiver to engage with Paramount to, quote,

fully and finally resolve this matter. Netflix has the right to match any offer Warner accepts

from another bidder. We're exclusively reporting that Eric Trump is investing in Israeli drone maker

extend as part of a $1.5 billion deal to take the company public through a merger with a small Florida construction company.

Extend markets some of its drones as, quote, low cost per kill and says it has already secured a multimillion dollar Pentagon contract.

The deal marks the latest expansion of the Trump family's

business empire, which has grown into many sectors that the Trump administration regulates.
