Hey, everybody. Thanks for joining us today as we have a little chat with a friend of ours from VetMX and talk a little bit about that foundation and what they're doing. I want to thank Rockform. Peter Lindquist, and you are the championship director at VetMX. It seems like you probably

wear a lot of hats over there, Peter. Why don't you tell us a little bit about your background?

Yeah, so I am the championship director and the member liaison for the Veteran Motor Cross Foundation.

A little bit about my background, I was served in the Marine Corps.

I went in and actually swore in on 9-11, 2002, a year after the attacks.

That's what kind of pushed me into the Marine Corps was those attacks.

And served two tours in Iraq, was injured in 2005 on my second tour there.

Had a severe, very severe traumatic brain injury, know, bones broken and other things like that

when I was in a Humvee explosion that was the only survivor and lived with a lot of different

emotions since then, but found a place that, you know, a program that really helped me kind of process all that.

And now living a happy, healthy life and nothing like getting out on some dirt bikes for some

throttle therapy and sharing those experiences with my fellow brothers and sisters.

Yeah, and I love what your organization is about.

And for those who may not know all the details of it,

why don't you give us a little bit of background on the VETMX Foundation,

the foundation itself.

Let's start there.

So the foundation was actually started by two brothers uh Dustin and

Cody Blankenship out in Maryland um Cody was a Marine Dustin was in the Air Force and he had a lot of

injuries and stuff and they uh they started you know utilizing dirt bikes as a way of therapy.

And I don't think they realized how big it was going to get.
