1:54.6	with, well, updates on how congressional lawmakers are reacting to the collapse of Silicon Valley
2:03.2	Bank. With that said, let's do it. The regulators didn't catch it. There's been a lot of talk
2:11.0	about Silicon Valley Bank wasn't being regulated because of a bill passed back in 2018 or 2019.
2:19.4	That's not true. Yeah, great speech by Republican Senator John Kennedy. He forgot
2:24.4	to mention that he voted to deregulate mid-sized banks like Silicon Valley Bank in 2018. The oversight
2:31.0	he's about to cite is complete BS and he knows it. So Silicon Valley Bank was heavily regulated.
2:40.3	It had to file regular reports with the federal banking regulators. It was subject to stress testing.
