Summary

Are Russians dumb, or have Americans been vulnerable to war propaganda too? Our constitution gave Congress the sole power to start wars- have we made a mistake in empowering Presidents to start armed conflicts? Plus- why is the media getting bored with reporting on Ukraine?

1:52.1

shelled to death and people are being murdered by Russians. That is causing a flight of capital
