Pretty good. I can't complain, though I will probably find ways to complain throughout this conversation. Anyway, before we dive in, why didn't I introduce us? I am Connor Eccles. Of course,

the host of this weekend edition of the Non-Zero podcast, which we call Non-Zero World. You are

Justin Logan, the director of defense and foreign policy studies at the

Cato Institute and an expert in all things, U.S. foreign policy, particularly grand strategy.

So you are going to be a very helpful guest this week as we talk about what is going on now

in Yemen, a little bit of other sort of Middle East stuff.

Maybe we'll get to some of the shifts that we've seen in Europe recently.

I guess to start, I want to lay the groundwork a little bit.

So in this past week, we've seen a pretty stark shift in the Trump administration

in terms of how it's at least speaking

about the Middle East, acting in the Middle East, and it's even starting to bomb in the Middle

East, right, as we saw that in response to the Houthis saying that they're going to restart

attacks against Israeli ships, the Trump administration made the decision to launch a pretty

significant campaign of attacks against the Houthis in Yemen,
