Greetings, comrades, and welcome to the Eastern Border. Sorry that, again, took me so long to make this episode episode but I decided to upgrade my computer in

between all this stuff but um well that ended up poorly since well apparently I got myself

a motherboard that couldn't be bios flashed without a working CPU inside and also well the CPU that

I had didn't work.

So I had to do horrible shenanigans, but now my computer is working and I'm back at everything.

The big issue is that the work that I'm trying to do didn't really go anywhere.

And I've finally done the transcript of Igor Lipsitz interview, you know, the economy one.

And we're going to do something special with that episode.

That's going to be the first ever dubbed one with the original interview in Russian going

on in the background, but me and Anate and people just helping me out and recording

the English voiceover and everything,

and I hope that works out.

It's a bit experimental, but it's definitely worth it.

At the same time, I also am on Substack now.

Because I wanted to do some sort of a blog thing,

because, well, there are stuff that is just a bit too off topic to go on to the show,

and I can post pictures there. It's sort of like I don't know like Dan Carlin's history like history addendum except

well I do that over there and I just type things I can be found there just by at the eastern

border one word very simple and you know you might want to give that a read. It's more ranty and everything,

but, you know, might be interesting. And also, yeah, I wrote to Dan about him coming on to the show

because, oh boy, not having a computer and dealing with a bunch of mess while working on your
