the Russian serviceman, was prosecuted for Article 332, which criminalizes military disobedience in time of combat operations.

This is the first case that this has happened.

And he got one year and eight months in a penal colony.

Well, that's a village-type prison. It's basically exiled to Siberia, but you get to live in an open space. He didn't get the very strict regime one. He just gets sent over there in a place that looks like sort of a village and gets to sit there.

Now, obviously, all the liberal part of Russia portrayed this is a terrible offense

against human rights and everyone on the Girkin and friends group stated that, you know,

what is this desertion and you get nothing? I just thought, well, you know, it still is 20 months
