As war ramps up in Eastern Europe, I thought it would be interesting to play

out the worst case scenario. I am a big believer, not in hyperbole and not in doomsday scenarios. But while I'm an optimist in this world,

I think it's always useful to play out the game of pessimism. You know, I'm an entrepreneur. I've started

several business, and in order to be an entrepreneur

You have to be an optimist you have to believe eventually in the rosy outcome, but then what I would do on every business that I started is I just took my business plan, I took my idea, and I literally tried to punch every hole in it. I was like, how does this fail? What happens if this happens? I took on the most pessimistic assumptions and I did

that to try to even myself out to being a realist and prepare for every single

outcome. So today on the podcast I wanted to take the moment by moment analysis that we're going through

with Vladimir Putin, Russia, and the war in Ukraine. And I wanted to open the aperture up a little bit and play out the war game of what if
