Since Hamas's atrocities in Israel, there has been a 1,350% increase in anti-Semitic attacks on British Jews.

That's just here in the UK.

Let me repeat that for you.

That's 1,350% more, an increase.

It's absolutely tragic.

And the usual woke, trendy celebrities that jump on every cause are silent, of course,

when it comes to Jews being attacked.

Well, thankfully, some people do want to speak up against this rising tide of hate.

And a group of public figures

have signed the October Declaration in solidarity with British Jews, including Vanessa

Feltz, including Julie Hartley-Bruer. And one of the organizers, of course, of the Declaration

is friend of the show, Laura Dodsworth. She joins me now. Laura, very good morning to you.

And first of all, I think thank you for what

you've done here because an awful lot of people have been watching with some alarm,

the way that the last couple of weekends have kind of played out, particularly here in London.

Tell us, first of all, what the October declaration is.

Sure. Well, it's a declaration of over 200 public figures from across professions in the UK.

And we've come together to say three things.

First of all, really importantly, we unequivocally condemn the atrocious acts of terrorism in Israel on 7 October.

On that day, more Jews died in violence than any other day since the Holocaust.
