Today on the show, not Vladimir Zelensky, Misha Zelensky, about the same subject that preoccupies the minds of both

gentlemen, probably Misha a bit less than Vladimir, I would imagine. Ukraine. Now, Misha is interesting.

He's the war correspondent for the Australian Financial Review. He spent the first two months of the war in

Ukraine. He's just about to head back to Ukraine now, so it has

some interesting insights about how that whole thing has changed over the course of the war

to date. He was a union boss in Australia, perhaps not a boss, an almost boss of Australia's

oldest union, the Australian Workers Union, the oldest

blue-collar trade union. He was the National Assistant Secretary. He wanted to run for federal

parliament at this year's election, federal election, and he was running for the seat where

Wollongong is based, which is a city in New South Wales. He's a very smart guy.

He was a Fulbright scholar. He's a national security expert. Needless to say, he's also a

journalist. His political career was derailed in what may or may not be a council culture.

Crisis? Very difficult to tell. Ten years ago, he wrote an e-book called He's an Asshole Anyway with a bunch

of mates, which he describes as dating advice by a bunch of boffheads. And it was accused of being sexist
