A few years ago in New York City, I was invited to attend this really fun day event held by two or three women.

There was a little bit of yoga, there was some vision boarding, and some intention setting.

It was so, so, so cool.

Like I just, I loved it.

I love, love this day.

Women together, we put our phones in a bowl, and we just hung out and connected

and it was really fun.

Frankly, I don't really do this kind of thing that much.

I'm not always really a retreat kind of person but the host invited me I knew that I really

really liked her and I thought look this will be fun and something happened that day.

Actually, when I remember that day in my mind, there is this one memory that stands out the most,

the most clearly to me. I was like, if I had a single takeaway, if I could deduce just one thing from that day as the important thing that I'm leaving with, it was this. As we were kind of vision boarding cutting out

different pictures, different images, different words, I was chatting with a lady who I just met and she she

revealed to me she shared with me that she always wanted to just travel. She

said look I've always lived in New York in Queens specifically. She's like you know I had kids young and I've just I've always lived here but in my heart my passion I've always had this craving for adventure for wanting to you know see the, to get on a plane, to just be in different cultures,

environments, etc.

And I think that she was saying this to me because I was someone who's moved around

a lot, right?

I've lived in five countries.

I mean, now for me, I feel like steadiness is actually what I want more than adventure.

But she was sharing with me, she was asking me questions about moving and so forth and we're having this
